Description

The Akeneo Connector for OXID eSales from EIKONA Media GmbH connects the open source PIM Akeneo with the OXID eSales platform. As soon as this connector is active, all product and category data can be managed directly in Akeneo-PIM. Manual maintenance of this data in the backend of OXID is therefore no longer necessary. All product and category data can be created shop-specific for the OXID channel in Akeneo and played out via this channel.

Function overview:

The following functions are available after installation.

  • Configuration of the Connector via the OXID Backend
  • Automatic assignment of Akeneo attributes to OXID master data
  • Language and channel-specific import of all products from the OXID channel
  • Configuration as time-controlled or manual import
  • Optional connection to the Digital Asset Management System TESSA-DAM

Prerequisite:

  • Akeneo Version 2 or higher
  • OXID eSales Version 6 or higher
  • Current version of the connector
