jxCmdBoard allows you to create your own menu page in the oxid admin. Each of the menu items will be displayed as a tile.
The tile and the content of the tile, the link, text and description, will be loaded dynamically from submodules. The result (eg. output of an export) will be shown in a popup window.
You can create your own submodules easily.
