Technical details
The functionality of our email marketing integration is based on automated data transfer between the two applications. OXID transmits recipient and product data and the recipient status from ongoing and completed campaigns to optivo® broadmail. The e-commerce application receives recipient and delivery statuses from our email marketing platform.
