In this email you thank the customer once more for the order and the trust received (texts can be customized via the CMS). In order to enable you to optimize your product selection further you ask the customer whether he/she would like to review the ordered products. Needless to say, the corresponding links are integrated in the mail.
The module recognizes automatically whether the customer has already written a review about some of the products ordered and excludes the relevant articles.
Sending the review and rate link several days after dispatch of the goods is a lot more effective than sending it with the order confirmation as at that point of time the product will generally already be in use and it will be far more likely that the customer gives feedback.
